How Can I Slow My Metabolism?

I have super fast metabolism because I’m an ectomorph (hardgainer). Is there any way to slow down my metabolism so I don’t get hungry so much and I can actually put some weight on?

Why would you want to put weight on?
If you eat right, your body will settle into it’s natural weight. No worries!
One of the biggest issues hardgainers have to deal with is their metabolisms. Simply put, we burn calories like hamsters on treadmills! Or like hummingbirds.
One thing you really need to do is focus on relaxation. Not just on sleep. But those times where you’re awake, yet idle. What are you doing? Do you find your legs twitching, toes tapping, fingers fumbling?
Meditation is a good practice to take up for learning how to relax.
