In 7 months I have gained 13lbs all muscle, I’m 6,1 and 152lbs . This is the lunch I bring to school, Prtn bar snack 10:00 and Apple, banana, Peanut Butter sandwich and a Turkey sandwich or tuna 1:00.

meal 1-all wrong, baked potato, 2 cans of tuna, meal 1
meal 2- protein bar, protein shake and a baked yam
meal 3- 1 cup of brown rice mixed with a half cup of cooked brown beef season with mrs.dash and a teaspoon of olive oil with beef.
meal 4- a cup of instant oatmeal any flavor.
by yourself a good bottle of amino acid.

It’s hard to say whether you’re a hardgainer. What’s your training like? What else does your diet consist of?
Simply stating your snacks and height and weight only tells me that you’re underweight and maybe undernourished.
If you want to gain weight, eat more and ensure that all the calories aren’t added as body fat by working out in the gym really hard with the weights. For more specifics, consider The Hard Gainer’s Manifesto.
