I love to lift weights and I get stronger but I never seem to get bigger. I eat a lot and I still don’t get bigger. Can someone give me a workout they feel would work or a diet they feel would work for a hard gainer. Please help.

You’re probably not taking in more calories than you’re burning off. You need to eat eat eat if you wanna gain weight when you work out.
u must eat more than 10 eggs in ur breakfast everyday, other supplements r super wate-on n other similar high protein food which u can get it from any pharmacy outlets.don’t always let ur stomach empty is my advice.
Crank up your protein intake.
What kind of reps are you doing on your weight sets? 8-10 per set is ideal for mass gains.
Make sure you’re taking enough time off between workouts too. Remember, your muscles don’t grow when you’re working out, they grow _between_ the workouts. The workout is just to stimulate the growth.
Eat more, train less, get enough sleep. Got the picture yet?
Use supplements to increase caloric and protein intake and try some “anabolics” to effect the growth hormone increases you need — Arginine, Ornithine, BCAAs. Liver tablets work great, too.
